The answer is 14. The first step is to subtract 4 from 9 (in PEMDAS you always do the equation in the parenthesis). Next, multiply (M= multiply, there are no exponents) -3 by 5 which gives you -15. Now, subtract 15 from 29 and the answer is 14.
