A speaker who understands who their audience is, for example if the audience is full of 50-70 year olds understanding the appropriate language and visuals to use. Being aware your audience is important so they are able to stay interested and focused on what is being presented to them. Showing the audience they can relate to your topic will help to show them you are audience-centered.
