Greetings!

(There are 3785.41 mL in a gallon.)
There are 60 seconds in minute. Therefore, if we divided the gallon per minute by 60, we can get the answer.

105/60
=1.75 gallon per second

1.75*3785.41
=
6624.4675 mL per second

Hope this helps.
