In order to learn [tex]English[/tex] you can either get a [tex]English [/tex] [tex]Dictionary [/tex] write them down a lot of times (and [tex]pronounce [/tex] the words as you go along , it may/may not help)
BUT, you can also get a [tex]English [/tex] [tex]Tutor [/tex] to help you with this type of stuff until you get the [tex]hang [/tex] of it
