Here, x + y = 10
& y = 2x + 4

Substitute in first equation,
x + 2x + 4 = 10
3x = 10 - 4
x = 6/3
x = 2

Then, y = 10 - 2 = 8

In short, Your Numbers would be: 2 & 8
