I notice that this inequality does not have a solution

Because of this

-15 > -3q + 3 q = -3

Substitution

-15 > -3(-3) + 3

Expanding

-15 > 12 + 3

Simplifying

-15 > 15 This is incorrect because -15 is < 15

So, -3 is not a solution to the inequality
