= 7/6  * 3   = 21/6 = 7/2

convert 4 1/5 to an improper fraction; that is 21/5

so we have 21/5  /    7/2  = 21/ 5 *  2/7  =   21 * 2            3*2      
                                                                    -------    =       ----  
                                                                    5 * 7               5

= 6/5  or 1 1/5
