[tex]f(x)=\frac{x}{2}+8[/tex]

Given y = f(x)

Substitute x = 10.

[tex]f(10)=\frac{10}{2} +8\\f(10)=5+8\\f(10)=13[/tex]

Therefore f(x) = 13 when x = 10
