As written, (next time put parenthesis !!!!!
We suppose y≠0

[tex] \frac{4}{y} +3+ \frac{5}{y} -6= \frac{9}{y}+4\\\\ \ \textless \ ==\ \textgreater \ \frac{4}{y} +\frac{5}{y} - \frac{9}{y}=4+6-3\\\\ 0=7[/tex]

Sol={} impossible equation
