The answer is C y= -3/2x + 2

Explanation
For lines to be parallel they must have the same slope and different y-intercepts. After the original equation is worked out the slope turns out to be -3/2x Mae I fall that C is the only possible answer since it’s slope is the same.

Work:
1/2x + 1/3y = 1

1/3y = -1/2x + 1

3*1/3y = (3)(-1/2x) +(3)(1)

y= -3/2x + 3
