4y = -5x - 6         (subtract 5x from both sides)

y = -(5/4)x - 6/4  (divide both sides by 4)

y = -(5/4)x - 3/2      (simplify)

Now you can graph using slope-intercept method.   The y-intercept is -3/2, and the slope is -5/4
