= 4.37*10^-9 M

Explanation:

We know that;

pH + pOH = 14

Therefore;

pH = 14 - pOH

Which means; pH = 14 - 5.64

                               = 8.36

But;

pH = -log[H3O+]

Thus;

8.36 = -log[H3O+]

[H3O+] =  10^(-8.36)

        = 4.37*10^-9 M
