How do you feel about Hrothgar so far? In your opinion, is he a strong or weak king? Of course, defend this position.

I think Hrothgar is a weak King, because he could not stand up to Grendel. Hrothgar had to get Beowolf to do the hard things throughout the story, and all he did was honor Beowolf for giving his life to save HIS people.
